Our first client, Sand Lake Ambulance, was brought from the BLS level to the ALS level within one week of approval from the REMAC board. This included securing a proactive medical director for the agency, purchasing all the supplies needed, guaranteeing staffing and interface training between the pre-existing BLS staff and the new ALS staff. In the short time that Sand Lake Ambulance has been our client, their reliability for getting ALS to the scene within 15 minutes has leapt from 33% to 72%. |
